Kelly Baxter, Palliative Care NP and Bonnie Evans, Geriatric NP & End of Life Doula are collaborating to offer a monthly support group for family caregivers.

We will talk about resources, tips, and strategies. The main goal is to allow time and space for caregivers to share their own stories (the challenges and the triumphs) and offer mutual support.
